In fact, coming from your way the best place to park is one of the side streets either just before or just after the bridge near the BP garage on the dual carriageway.

There's a car park behind the away end but not sure what the rules are regards passes and the like. Don't park on Asda or the retail park or you'll get a fine, yes even at that time.
I parked there once when I turned up too late to find a space in a near by street, didn't have any problems (save for the idiotic gobby female wigan fan who decided that I'm a horrible scumbag for supporting a team of dirty cheats and made a point of informing me of this. Yes we won that game.), think it cost about £4.
Considering going to this game but I'm sort of stuck. I haven't been since I was a wee lad, when I went as a wee lad I used to get the train then leave early to catch the last train to bank quay; however, if I go this year it will probably be by car and we'd have to park up, is there a car park nearby or are you allowed to use the car park at the Asda or the retail park car park?
I've parked on one of the side streets just before you get to the bottleneck of a railway bridge a few times. You'll find walking back to the car is quicker than parking at the ground and getting stuck in the traffic on the way out.
Looking forward to this one got the day off so will be heading into Wigan nice an early for a few beers in the town centre.. Anyone else getting the train...?
I see the usual suspects have started the predictable Wire fans are scum thread on the Wigan board...And it won't shock you one bit to see who started it..

I can't find any reference to Wire fans and scum on there.

Wigan V Warrington rivalry seems to be based on the close quality of the TEAMS and the fact Warrington fans are the worst in the league and there's nothing like beating them.
and then it goes on from there
