how would one that doesn't have sky be able to watch said match he's playing in ? say on the t'internet ?

I agree. If you play for one team at international professional level you should stick with that team for the rest of your career rather than being able to move should a better offer come along.

Because unlike other professional team sports like Football, Cricket and RU, Rugby League's international game is not that well established and so in order to get bums on seats we have to be flexible with rules on eligability in order for the fans to see the best players at the highest level.

In my opinion however, last year's World Cup showed there is a hunger for international Rugby League in countries apart from the "big three" and I think is being used as a catalyst to improve the creditability of the international game. On both sides of the world we have a promising European Nations Cup and Pacific Cup which have attracted sponsorship and TV coverage.

Spot on. PNG needs more money pumped into it, and it needs an NRL team and it could be a force in world rugby. Tonga and Samoa have a lot of interest as well! France has a region where it is very popular and playing internationals down there would be awesome!

International RL could be something big but its going to take more than 10 years to sort out. We need to stop having a small sport mentality. Tonights game should of been played at the Millenium stadium with cheap tickets and with the game having been marketed with a crowd over 10,000!
