To be fair, although exaggerated he has a point. How many seemingly non-drug-related crimes actually had addiction as the cause. Like robbery?

Bit of a drift, but on the front page of the Metro today was a story of a fella who barged into a dealer's house (who the fella's brother-in-law had been scoring off) and flushed a stash of heroin down the toilet.
He was reported to Police by an addict who went round to score only to find the stash awaiting him was now floating round the drains. The fella was charged and sentenced to imprisonment for two months.

It's that ridiculous law of someone who breaks in your house can sue if he's injured in the process or your dog bites him or something.
