I think that we have a great squad of players with the odd weak link which will only come in the team when a number of injuries have occured. Am I wrong about the squad or is it other factors?

Are you blind man?

We have an amateur coaching set up trying to get the best out of a group of players that could be likened to the dirty dozen (or two dozen).

We also have a board who haven't got a clue about RL and like giving out lengthy and valuable contracts to all and sundry.

That probably sums everything up for you.

At the minute, our defence looks about as stirdy as 'Biggins trying to fight off, a visiby angry Mike Tyson.

It seems to me that some players don't want to be here, some players are on to much money and there is no urgency to perform and some players simply just don't cut the mustard.
I don't blame Lowes, he is an inexperienced coach and i think he needs time yet.
The coaching team is poor we need 2 good defensive coaches and a new and very experienced assistant, i would also get rid of the chairman and half of the goons upstairs who pull the strings.
It would be worth asking Lowes to step down to be assistant coach again and get that top quality coach that we were all promised.
