Erm, the last bit at the end is rather important Latchy - I would have put that first! Puts a whole different spin on things. Context I think they call it.

There's no speccy in the world as good. They are very knowlegeable and very appreciative of hard work. What they like is honesty. They want the team to try; if they fail they fail, but they expect honesty. They know when the players dont put it in.
