As much as I like to take the mick that you haven’t won the big one for like 80 odd years despite spending more than the rest of the league combined, you were robbed by inept officials. The standard of refereeing is getting embarrassing now and I don’t blame you all for being so aggrieved

Presumably you think it is safe to put your head above the parapet now the season has finished and your team can’t embarrass you for the next few months.

Totally agree with everything you say here. I’ve said pretty much the same on the rumours thread. I would have took Sneyd for a year next season over Leyland. He’d be ideal alongside Williams.

You’re expecting a lot from Hayes to be up to speed after an ACL injury in late April. He won’t even be fit for the start of the season IMO.

Halifax were league champions in 1986. Which made our annihilation of them even more impressive. It would be a bit like beating Wigan 38-10 next weekend.
