Thats what i dont get about the team you have. On paper its as good as most teams on Leeds and Saints look better. Yet for the last 15 months youve struggled.

King, Monahan, Morley, Gleeson, Johnson, Higham, Carvell etc are players that would walk into most super league sides. But as a team they dont seem to get their act together. As with Wigan when Noble took over you might need to go back a few paces to go forward.

15 months? Its been one way downhill since the play off defeat in 2005.
Also, when Noble took over at Wigan he turned them around straight away, and in effect saved them from going down.

Dead right he only went over the sallary cap to do it, and if the RL would have had the balls they would have gone down instead of castleford

All this talk about Cullen signing Briers i find suprising.

OK, they may have been and still are 'mates', but i dont think professionally Cullen would touch Briers with a bargepole.
It was through not dealing with Briers and his ilk that ultimately cost Cull his job and destiny.

Once bitten........

Agreed.

Cullen is a good coach who made some critical mistakes whilst coaching Wire, one of which was his closeness to certain players within the squad. He is also an intelligent guy he will learn from his mistakes and where possible won't repeat them.

I don't think many of Cullens Wire squad will be following him down the river.

Your loss is our gain cullen is a wire but he as never bad mouthed us off and had the greatest respect for our club.He is now our coach and if you get kicked in the gonads from a employer that you have given so much of your career to you will surely have the hump with them. When he was on boots an all a few weeks back and eddie ask him if he was interested in the job he said i dont care what anyone at warrington have to say about me i owe them nothing.

Sry but he did not turn them round right away. He beat Huddersfield on his first game in charge which was just after easter. It was June before the next win.

Maybe history is sometimes rossier than it seems for some.

Yes i think alot of your fans forget that.

Im happy he has come to widnes. god knows what going on at warrington you have some great players they just don;t seem to want to play together as a team. King and Mon have done nothing for you guys.

and one thing you can keep briers we don;t want him
