I will be shocked of the Keepmoat Stadium is used for a Wire v Huddersfield fixture. It would get a smaller crowd then what playing at Leigh Sports Village would do.

Leigh's is 10-12,000 so would be 5 or 6,000 to each set of fans Widnes is 13,000 so would be 6,500 to each team, so Donny would be better but if we get either of our local rivals it could be Leigh or Widnes but would that be big enough? personally if we get Saints I would prefer JJB.

if u play the likes of wigan and saints in semis it will be held at a bigger stadium e.g JJB ,, Bolton ,, but the likes of huddersfield and Cas , it will be at a smaller stadium like doncaster , Leigh , Widnes

isnt it weird how we think of Doncaster, Leigh, Widnes to host a semi but these teams did not make it into Super League



another reason why the license system was bent

The only problem with them letting us play at footy stadiums is that the semi's are a week before the season kicks off, will the clubs let us?

The Super League licensing process wasn't a stadium competition, something which many Leigh fans struggle with.



Other grounds which could host semis are Warrington, Wigan, Huddersfield, Leeds and Hull.

All depends on the location of the team we are playing remember us playing Bradford there for a semi years ago, to be honest I just happy to be in the semis and having something to look forward to with the Wire, its great having to think ohh where we going to play ha

As has been said, a week before the football season kicks off may make football stadia unavailable. The RFL will want a semi final in Yorkshire, and the RFL have stated in the past that they prefer a full smaller stadium (even at the expense of fans missing out) rather than a half empty larger stadium. (Funny how this policy goes out of the window for the Magic weekends).



On that basis, the winners of the Huddersfield/Castleford tie will play their semi final in Yorkshire (Doncaster). The other tie will be in Widnes or Leigh.

Actually every eventuality is considered and provisioned. But what with checks and double confirmations.

i fancy it been at the Reebox for some reason easy to get loads of packing and if each set of fans warrington and wigan bring 15k each it make a great atmosphere



before someone mentions the football dont forget huddersfield share there ground with a footy team

So do Doncaster, and the Football League starts a week before the PL, so it will probably start the weekend of the semi's.
