These are the intangibles that some players bring that can't be measured by opta stats, only what you see with your eyes during games.
AS mentioned, mathers and penny are the running over the field to backslap after a good tackle (or jumping on top of the huddle after a try has been scored)
Paul Noone was the clapper as the scrum was forming(usually after us knocking on)
Mike Forshaw was the "c'mon!" person, with the first drawing down.
And going further back, you had lee penny, running through a gap, where an offload hadn't been given and he was looking at his hands in complete disbelief.
