I'm thinking of switching to Super League+ as i rarely get to watch games and it's a hassle for me to do so. How long after the games played are they Available to view?
Also i'd have to watch it on my phone, unless there is an actual tv channel for it, or is it just an app?
I am a recent subscriber and Round 1 Super league is the 1st time I have watched it in earnest, although I did purchase a Wire game as a tester at the end of last season. None of my subscriptions go to Sky which is a major plus point and it all goes to the RFL. The programmes are the same as Sky broadcast.
There isn`t a TV channel unfortunately. I have watched Round 1 games on my 17" Laptop which is acceptable, but I have ordered a long HDMI lead off EBay and when I get it, I will then connect the laptop to my TV and watch the games on the television. There are several videos on YouTube explaining how to connect the TV to a laptop/desktop, and replicate the computer onto the TV,
Other than the 2 games that Sky broadcast on their main channels, all the other games are available live and are then on demand several hours later. I watched the Huddersfield v Wire game last night after I got back from Yorkshire. The 2 games shown on Sky main channels are available later but not the same day. There have been so many games to watch, I haven`t bothered to find-out the timescale of the main channel games yet. Our game on Friday night is on a Sky main channel broadcast, so if we win.....I will watch it on-demand when it becomes available.
I have paid £99 to watch all Super League games for the full season, which I consider is a bargain, compared to the money that I was paying Sky. The package was £20 off for early bird subscription plus further £10 discount for being a current Season Ticket holder.
I am not aware of any discount available now the season has started? The annual subscription is £130. It`s probably best if you register and open an account with them, and then purchase a game. If you find the coverage is acceptable, then it`s up to you if you want to proceed.
