He wasn’t that great against us, but I think working under Powell he’d have a better future. He’s shown some really good touches when I’ve seen him on highlights.

I’m no fan of Wilkin on sky but pretty sure this was a tongue in cheek response to Phil Clarke calling us cheats for doing the same thing. Used pretty much the exact same wording as old Phil did

It pains Wilkin to give any credit to Wire, doesn't it?

Apparently, Wigan, Saints & Huddersfield are setting the standards for defending, but the team with the 100% record, who have been improving weekly defensively, don't get a mention.
