Huge overhaul needed. Powell may be a victim of the failures above him but he’s now inextricably linked with all the problems and the board don’t coach that ‘attack’.

KFP and Powell need to go and certainly board members need to figure out exactly how successful they want their train set to be.

You would think though that could be overcome with dialogue?

This doesn't explain why (for example) Dudson stinks and still gets picked.

McGuire wasn't at the club last year, but we were 5h1t, then.
This has nothing to do with McGuire.
We're coached by a bloke in his late 50's, who typifies the British outlook in things....."wellllllll, he NEARLY won something, once, let's give him a go. I don't want any of these nasty "winner" kind of people".

In all honesty I don’t think he’s to blame entirely. The players aren’t playing as a unit. If it is a split caused by the McGuire situation then that explains it all.

Look, I know the responsibility ultimately comes back to him, and I might be being a bit soft, but I did feel a bit for Powell at the end there tonight. Clearly feeling the heat.

Interesting the speculation around a rift in the camp. Nothing confirmed of course, but something I've suspected for a while now, just my own opinion. You simply just don't go from the intensity and high of Catalan away in the league to the absolute tripe served up tonight in just a couple of short months.

It needs fixing, but unfortunately Daryl isn't the man to do it.
