You know what strikes me as a bit odd about both of his bans? He's pleaded not guilty both times...

Surely if he did say it, better to plead guilty and be contrite and make amends?

Or is he that stupid/unaware that he genuinely thinks that what he's said is not a problem? In which case the club has done a very poor job of educating him.

Either way, Wire come out of it looking bad.

What baffles me is that in both instances. Its all heresay.
The Pre season. It was aknowlaged that the referee "thinks" it was said. Thats in the case notes from last time.
This Time. We are solely relying on a player with a axe to gride against the club, (as was the case in the Pre season Game) Who was released because he did not agree with the tatics of the coach and the clubs philosophy going forward.

What needs to be done is a FULL Clear out of the Players (minus maybe 6 who actually put the effort in) And The Coaching staff and The CEO of the club.

The Players we have are NOT good enough.
The coaching Staff have bought a new culture to the club that Stinks.
The CEO Is allowing it to happen.

I've Not seen So Much negitivity from the Press in relation to warrington players conduct since atleast the early 2000's. Maguire, Dudson to name 2 examples

Things Need to change, Because the Club is becoming Toxic

It will be a disgrace if Warrington don’t announce his sacking today.

Either one or both of CEO Karl and Powell should go too for their incompetence in signing him in the first place and for the subsequent managing of him and others who have let the club and it’s fans down.

The club is a joke on and off the pitch.

On Maguire, he's the biggest wage thief I've ever known, at the club.
He makes "Blocker" Roach seem like Bob Jackson for dedication to the cause.

You did, but nobody didn’t believe you, we initially couldn’t believe the story as it is that shocking.

I too was tipped off later that evening but wouldn’t I post as much detail as you, because it allegedly involves someone who is innocent and not at an age to discuss for protection.

Normally I'd be going mental about the length of the ban for 'offensive' language but in this case if it gives us the option but get rid of a player that has been average taking a quota spot and a wedge of cash I'm happy it's happened.

What an odd RL world we are now in, where using 'unacceptable' language against an opponent is seen as SIX times more punishable than if you attempt to finish his career through an illegal tackle?

Call me old fashioned, but I prefer the days when you had to gouge a fella's eye out in order to get the sort of ban that McGuire has copped for here...
