I hear wane mentioned all the time but I hear no reasoning other than he got the Wigan team playing with pride passion and they would run through walls for him. We all acknowledge that Wigan whilst successful were not good to watch.

I think a large part if wanes success at Wigan was down to the fact he started with their youth sett up and progressed through to first team coach. He had his style n ethos embedded at every level they were playing at. He had coached some of the players fir years em before they made the first team. Not to mention his status as a part player etc. I jyst don't see him being able to replicate that here with us.

I'd go for Demetriou... He's getting touted for NRL head coaches roles now..

We shouldnt be too proud to do what saints did and get a coach that has asperations of an NRL gig get him over let him win us a grand final and if he naffs off back to the NRL 2 years into a 3 year contract so be it..

It always seems like we are trying to build something long term and it never happens.

Wasn't that why Henderson was brought in? Due to the good work he had done with London? He knows the players, he knows what is wanted...

Proven Winner at a high level required that known for developing local talent from the amateur game and creating teams that will run through brick walls just to make sure they don't let him down.

As in Bruce Wayne? Batman is definitely unproven as an RL coach but it's an interesting thought. Particularly if he appoints Catwoman as his assistant.
