If we're talking claims to fame;

Attended GB v Australia at McAlpine Stadium with tickets allocated to Mr & Mrs John Kear. At game sat in front of Alfie & Mal Meninga - big Mal looked decidedly unimpressed that fans gathered round Langer for autographs but few recognised the big man.

Attended Man of Steel dinner a few years back when a SL coach was unable to go I got his seat. Was heard to say after several free pints "If Stevie G gets ref of the year we might as well all go home now." Ref of year that year was Steve Ganson...

Ahh, I'm the other end of town near Balshaw's school. You can see my back garden from the main road, because my dad won't get our fence fixed.
