I think we will see some good rugby in 2018 now the elephant is no longer in the room, just a pity Billy Smart didn't come knocking sooner. A source ,apart from the WG ,tells me we are looking very good in training.

We trained well week in week out last season to be fair if you believe Tony Smith.

You could say that about any player or situation.

Perhaps not...but!!
Price has said he wants another prop....a few of us think we need a prop...some of us think we need some biff, but there doesn't seem to be much available cap...

Hence Hock...since he is out of SL options, a modest wage but with the promising odds of big final appearance bonuses, might interest him and fill our void.

Seriously though, having a forward at our disposal with a bit of an edge to them - I'm completely behind. But there's surely got to be better options for a team with our aspirations than a 34 yr old Hock - who's had 5 clubs in the last 6 seasons, and who's body is on its way out.

He only gets mentioned because he's notorious - but mainly for the wrong reasons.
