Not over the moon with Matt Prior to be honest, but if he can put in some consistant solid performances like in the NRL and play some decent minutes i'd be happy. As it would take pressure off Hill and Cooper and we could rest them more and get the best out of them. He's won 2 NRL titles and play a game for New south wales last year so could be exactly what we need? I'm VERY underwhelmed with our recruitment for next year but i will give them all a chance to show what they can do. Might not look amazing on paper but could be very shrewd business by us and work out well for us you never know

Was he at St George when SP was there? If so then sure SP knows what he is getting

probably... so he got his nice pay rise and has sat back on his laurels a bit?

if you will remember, there were NRL rumours before he had even played a game, after he played well for Tonga in the world cup.

He was on easy street with us before he even pulled a shirt on.

and you cant really blame the guy, when he knows a better gig in the NRL is around the corner.

Hard to get someone from another country, with those kind of options, to do the big minutes/effort on a regular basis.

Well if we don't get rid of BMM i think he'll have an awesome year as he's fitter and will need to have a good year to keep NRL intrest up

I would prefer Lisone over prior, He has only played 8 games due to injury this year but averaged 110 meters in the games he played. Also he is only 25 so still won’t be at his peak.
