Just an update. Had a good email from a member of staff who promised to look into the situation such that it won't happen again.

I cannot ask for anymore than that really and let's hope they get it sorted.

I hate to say this - as someone who has defended the club in the past and suggested they will listen if you get in touch - but, I'm afraid this has been going on for years now so I am pretty sure it WILL happen again!

I never thought I'd read an email of this nature that way round - 71 taking a reserved position whilst SEB expresses doubt.
