He will lift the team just by his reputation for being a strict no nonsense coach imo.
Wether your guys will respond is another story which we will have to wait and see.
I would also expect to see a few departure's from your place either during or at the end of the season.

Johnson's back. No Penny.

So I see Riley in there and Johnson instead of McCarthy. Wonder if Johnson will go into centres to release Bridge to float. Hope not.
