I can only speak from my own experience of the club shop, ive never had a problem with the staff, the girls always seem to serve you with a friendly smile.

As for the shop itself, ive been dissapointed at times throughout the year when their has been very little choice in adult sizes, take wembley last year as an example. Their were thousands of fans queing up outside for wembley tickets with cash burning a hole in their pockets, they had virtually nothing in the way of clothing in adult sizes, no training range t-shirts or polos at all, very few replica tops and the ones they did have were small sizes. That was a great oppertunity for the club shop to cash in on wembley by selling lots of merchandise but from what i saw they didn`t make the most of it.

I shopped in the Co-op on Holes Lane Woolston a couple of Weeks ago and not once throughought the whole transaction did the till operator say one single word or even remotely acknowledge my presence.

it happens all over unfortunately the pleasant shop assistants are few and far between....

I was told I had an 'uplifting personality' when I worked at Tesco on the tills, and even received a later positive comment, saying I went 'above and beyond the expected level of customer service'. To be honest, all I did was explain how to use a coupon. Frightening that people were on the verge of releasing themselves after somebody supplied them with common sense.

My dad went to get a ticket last week for the St Helens game and she did the same thing to him. A 70yr old man who was life member season ticket holder and watched his team for 52yrs. SHOCKING

Don't mean this to be funny or pedantic but if your Dad was told the week before to bring his full booklet then wouldn't it make sense based on this experience to take your booklet when you went in? Sounds like you went in expecting to be told you needed your booklet choosing to show your objection because you didn't agree to it. The staff don't stand a chance if customers are deliberately being arkward.

Never had a problem in the shop they do a sometimes difficult job dealing with the public on not a fantastic wage.

Can we stop with the personal comments about the staff.

Reasonable debates about customer service or how the shop in general can be improved are fine but dont get personal about it please.

Walked into the club shop last night, asked for my ticket that I purchased on Monday and got it straight away. No issue, no fuss. The guy in front of me was a bit miffed though, he ordered his yesterday morning, came down last night to pick it up and was told the tickets weren't ready yet.....he'd driven down from Preston.
