Not at all.... I'm answering the point originally made. Fatigue was bound to have an effect... but the original point was all about training together all week.
If Tony Smith felt they couldn't cope or the coaching staff hadn't prepared well enough... then he wouldn't have played those players and gone with the ones who had trained all week.
Fact is... these players... as a 'team' should know each other inside out this far into the season. Behind the scenes... Tony Smith would have had a game plan worked out... and each player would have specific instructions... and should only need to be told once what they were.
