Unfortunately I could not go in the end. My wife was working and I had to look after our little one. I think from the review of the audio transcript the question of consistency was raised with no definite response as to identification of cause.

The answer that amused me was the explanation of Tasi over Johnson. Tasi trained better

I suppose though the important question is what he meant by that. He could be avoiding the question, or being flippant, or he could be saying that Johnson is a bit lazy and doesn't push himself in training. Johnson continues to be a bit of a puzzle for me, he has all the gifts ( athletic, very quick) but he will be 21 at the start of the season and has not really broken through yet.

i had heard last year that johnson wasn't the best in training, takes a while to pick stuff up

Well I suppose he really needs to impress this year and get at least 5-6 games with the first team, whatever his problems.

Get your point on that, was still no explanation why Tasi still kept getting played though.
