Yeah, I think so, though obviously with every result comes added pressure. Interesting to see who they have next three or so. Should they be 0 from 6 say, I think he'd be gone.

That Quins one is on SKY too, that'll be good to watch for sure. It's the Wigan way then to probably go close if not to beat Leeds & Bradford.

Tough times for Nobby.

Be honest, would you rather have Noble or Lowes as our coach? :?

Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

shouldnt we be aiming a little higher than the two Coaches favourite for the sack.....???

It was jimmy at the start of the season, he must surely be joined or even overtaken by Noble now...

I'd still have Hanley as coach...he'd drop Matt king like a stick covered in dog pooh...

I know this is likely to come back and bite me on the backside. But for me the funniest thing is that we have played our toughest fixture of the season and despite not having any points yet, we are still above wigan in the table, and with two games in hand!

And in answer to the question, I would take Noble (rather than Lowes) on tomorrow. Not because I think he would turn us into a team of world beaters, but he would definately offer more than we already have. However, I too would prefer Hanley, and soon, before he gets offered the wigan post in the next few weeks.

What has happened to Wigan at all.Once the biggest club in rugby league and attracting all the top players. Over the recent years lost their ground, leasing Mr Whelans ground with now no real place to call home. They had to play their play off match at Widnes , the salary cap breaches , releasing decent youth prospects and recruiting overseas players who have in the main failed to deliver. They seem to be self destructing.I used to love going to Wigan in the 80's and 90's but can honestly say that the two games i enjoy the most are Leeds and Saints. Wigan are just a shadow of their former selves.

My favourite part about Wigan getting beat is when their fans persistently say 'we are Wigan Rugby League' as though to their club name means they should win things alone.

Tickles me up every time :)
