got a sneaky feeling they might build some houses or flats there, as nobody seems to be building them in Warrington anymore.

I'd love it if they did something like they did with Highbury. Seriously doubt they'll bother though, and just name the streets 'Bevan Close' and 'Briers Gardens'.

I'm all for nostalgia but do we really have to name every piece of new piece of brick and mortar after Warrington players? Not everyone wants their postal address to be named after a 1972 prop forward you know.
