All 3 trophies were there for the taking last year, and we blew the best chance we'll have for decades. Most teams in the league were Mickey poor and we still blew it.

Wow, we get important players back and they get the match fitness required and we have two good performances against top three sides. Fancy that.

It seems the board are sharing responsibility for our poor 2017 so far, and are activity looking for the best hb, prop and ........YES 3/4 for 2018.

....furthermore, I hear one particular hb we've been linked with had been offered £4xx,xxx per year to play with us.
Much more than our neighbours could muster...but much less than bids from further afield!!

Not what he said at all. The point about match fitness is a good one, whether you accept it or not. I actually think TS is probably close to the end of his tenure but obtuse posts like these do nothing to advance your cause.
That is not to say that I think Smith should be sacked this season, I don't .

I've done some following up of the word coming out about signings....
We are already in talks with a 3/4. I don't know who that is.
Waiting on Wigan to exhaust talks with Williams.
