Whilst I do agree with you Vaughan has been disappointing this year.. He's 34 in April and it remains to be seen whether we've had his best years out of him and whether he is on the decline. I wouldn't be too bothered if Vaughan went as long as we bought in a suitable replacement. If you offered me the choice of losing Vaughan or Harrison, I'm picking Vaughan.

Mr Bennett could move heaven and earth for Sam but he's going nowhere. My mate bumped into him, Gleeson and Gardner in town on Saturday night. He was going on about how excited he is for next year already, he said he can't wait to prove the doubters wrong and we'll be even better.

From what I know of the argument Burgess’ standpoint is not one from a man on the verge of leaving.

Player exchange deal between Wire and Huddersfield for a prop forward that they have signed from the NRL for the 2025 season?

Would give Wire an extra quota spot too.
