He won't, but Brodie Croft should win man of Steel. If I could have any 1 player from another club in my team I'd take him over field or French. An absolutely top drawer player.

Wigan have been class tonight, they're the best team to watch this year. I hope they stop the 4 in a row.

You're right though, Powell won't be able to compete with this, he can't even pick an organising half.

Not sure I can stomach watching Briers and Cooper win the GF. I’d rather Saints got the 4.

Other than torch the HJ to the ground could Powell have caused more damage to this club if he’d tried?

I'm no Wigan fan, but I'm pleased for them to have won tonight - their defensive performance was outstanding, and wasn't just about structure and technique but a sheer willingness from every player to squeeze an extra 1% effort, desire and pride out of tired, battered bodies.

Everyone associated with Warrington RLFC should be broken hearted when they see the league table - it doesn't lie.
