Just a thought on this captain's challenge nonsense . Does it also cover the aspect of forward passes which are not examined in VR decisions at present ?

Really not a fan of this short drop out nonsense, just cost Cas a try. No idea but my guess would be the odds are you will lose more of them than you win.

You still boot up the field but since it’s not a penalty if it does not travel the 10 just an handover, I guess that’s why they do it now.
