On another thread I've said that Salford desevered to win today, as they did, they were better than us and I feel it would of been pretty unjust if we'd of snatched it at the end. I'll be gracious in defeat. Friday's game isn't my ultimate excuse but it certainly contributed to us losing today. We looked goosed.

Alot of the 'fringe' players quite simply didn't step upto the mark today.

Best team won on the day. I'm happy to accept that and congratulate Salford on the win but I'd forgotten what an obnoxious contingent they have supporting them on RLFans.

On the game, thought Carvell stood up well enough but there was a worrying lack of shape and imagination in attack. I'm afraid I think the squad should have been used much better than it was.

Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but quite a few people near where I stood booed when the hooter went at the end of the game. I couldn't quite believe my ears. To top it off, as I was walking down the steps some bloke had a go at me for clapping- needless to say I put him in his place.

How anyone can boo a team at the top of the league is beyond me, you couldn't make it up.

good point made earlier on I thought Thalers policing off the Off side Rule didnt exist today but we had more than enough chance to dominate with the number of Penalties we recieved.....

and another thing I hate absolutely hate the fact we only show some urgnecy with 9 minutes on the clock.........

oh and my player to hate today is Rhys Williams... a carthorse that looks as enthusiastic as as a scouser being offered a job (stereotype chucked in for good measure). we did a kick chase for him and he may as well have just stopped shrugged his shoulders and said sod that

I remember a winger that would have chased that kick down...but Oh....we got rid of him last year....

I'm so underwelmed by Williams it's untrue...Bradford wouldn't take him, he's that average
