I think Sia was the game breaker.
Saints had a period of the game sat in the wire half, we kept turning the ball over or gave relieving penalties. Warrington got good field position from these up to the point where Warrington scored their try. Don't forget Meli almost gave you another one, if it had not been for Jones, you could have been 12 - 0 up.
However, as luck would have it Jones was there and Sia came on just in time. Your defence was just as good as ours but Sia is one of those players a bit like Cunningham in his prime, if he is going to go for the line it's going to take a lot to stop him at speed at that kind of range. All teams have players like that, who can not gaurantee, but have a high % chance of scoring, when up against firm defence.
The loose carries and knock on's continued for both teams really, but sia again took full advantage, rather than just diving on the ball to make it safe.
After that we really did not look back and Sia and TP kept the intensity up from our forwards with some bone crunching tackles.
I'm hoping you don't come out of next week as you don't become poor over night and the next time it maybe a lot closer.
