Roberts and BMM probably (and rather foolishly) assumed that instead of chancing it and going alone that by sending it out wide they could garuntee 4 points. They will learn in time not to put trust in Atkins and Russell. Hiku figured out not to trust Russell by his 3rd game.

Interesting from Price that he says they knew before the game she was having some contractions. Absolutely the right decision for Hill to be at the birth but a good idea to pick him in the circumstances?

I think so - we still got 50 mins of him. Also given we already have two props out, I think we would have been too lightweight upfront without him.

I suppose with the already missing it's an understandable reason but he could've easily been subbed off after only 5 minutes.

Yes only the first game but I still have not seen what Kevin Brown offers this team.He was gash last year + no better last night.Def on my top 10 worst ever Wire buys up to now.
