Matt King is the one Circled in Red He has Left Matt Gidley to go and Tackle Flannery the Second rower ....this action is the very starting point for the breakdown of that defensive unit....

Matt Kings position meant he couldnt tackle Matt Gidley the best he did was get two hands on his back. how would the positioning of Penny have Made Matt King get back quicker and make a complete tackle....?
