Morley came into the Kings bar after the game, He shook hands with Fans and as far as I know everything was fine.
did anyone get his thoughts on whats wrong with the team, I dont think this team is as bad as were playing at the min. if as posted on other thread players want rid of two old squad players, lets take action and get it sorted. come on u wire
He's a professional who gets paid for his actions.
We are fans who pay for ours
(I did not move to the wall)
I went the game I just felt let down by the whole team club etc!! I didnt see anyone go to the wall until king made his gesture...
I think its right the supporters having a go at the team because its just not good enough, people are struggling to hold jobs down travel 400 miles to watch that you cant expect them not to be angry come on!! 60-8
Certain people deal with it in different ways some may walk away then have a rant in the car on the way home some people may shout at the players on the pitch I think if fans have paid good money to watch that they have the right to do what they want!

booing maybe, verbal abuse no, would you put up with it in ur profession, money doesnt give the right to abuse. why not give the next game a miss and hit the club in the pocket, u will need others to do the same for it to have any effect. but in my opinion this club has put in place a proven coach maybe its now time for the fans to give mr smith as much help as we can, and hard as it might be, lets not get on the teams or individual players backs and be the 18 man get behind and encourage the tram try to give them some confidence back u never know it might just help, come on u wire
doesnt give them the right to run to the wall, tell u what we should make the grounds kid free zones so the verbal abuse can be carried out without upsetting anyone, as said dont agree with booing but can understand fans frustration, what I dont agree with is the targetting of individual players and hurling abuse at them, also didnt agree with kings reaction but can understand his frustration. he wasnt the worst player on that pitch. it was a very poor team effort. but hey lets not give credit to the Quins. Well done Quins good win , just asking did any fans wait for the players after the game to vent their frustrations as sometimes happens
no body ran to the wall until he jestured and i think they have a right to vent their frustration having just spent the best part of £50 going there
King can't win with you lot. Last couple of weeks everyone was on his back cos he was putting on his 'professional face' and smiling with the opposition, shaking hands. But of course he was taking the mick out of our 'loyal fans' by doing that. This week the guy lets his facade slip, lets his emotions get the better of him and reacts (stupidly of course) and now fans do not have the balls to think to themselves 'well at least there is a little passion' there.
King, although not lived up to expectations, has lost all confidence (and don't spout all that he's a professional and shouldn't do that rubbish). Despite what fans think he is not the big prob. Give him decent service, he will deliver the tries.

what I find worrying is fans still think spending money gives them the right to verbally abuse team / players? doesnt happen in other professions, and not talking about booing but the personal abuse, and as said before in front of some very young finds or have we no rights considering we spent our hard earned cash getting there, will even accept odd swear word will slip out with frustration, abuse doesnt

As per usual we have to find someone to blame.
he is paid like all the team to play and entertain as is all the team the majority did neither and the fans have the right to vent their frustration king at the time was unfortunatey nearest to the fans he should rise above do you think it is acceptable that he gives "gestures" to the people whom in effect pay his wages i'm sure if you went to work monday and if your boss critised you and you called him a barclays banker you would be collecting your p45 i don't condone the verbals but in the current finacial climate you can understand
"phil ford, he's a bit of a stepper
replacing hugh wardell, in jumper no. 15 it's brian case
oooh and he does a bit of a boogie
gregory and gregory, sounds like a firm of solicitors
Matt King is an employee of Warrington RLFC and the supporters are paying customers.
Staff who work for me are often faced with personal abuse from disgruntled customers. However, if any of them turned around and told the customer to "!@*# off" they'd be sacked for gross misconduct - whatever the provocation. What's happened here is no different and a failure to act will only make matters worse.
FWIW I think you should get behind the team whilst they're on the pitch. After the final whistle if you want to boo or voice your displeasure at the team that's your choice, personal insults are not going to improve a player's performance. It's a team game, and we ain't playing anything like a team.
