don't know of any signings, but heard that our club wont stand in the way of Monas who is considering an offer of assistant to Lowes at Bradford as opposed to a guaranteed minor coaching role here.

Monas will be the new assistant to Agar 3rd in line. I heard it was one of the main reasons Joel has not returned as he wanted to go if his Bro went home ?

This doesn't make sense. Seems to me that there are quite a few people 'hearing things' in the homeland at the moment.

If Dec Patton is the real deal his age will be against him so the next investment at half back should be someone who can play and also bring Dec on. Having him play for the first team will make his old fella a very proud man indeed.

Apparently Joel is absolutely useless domestically and makes Mickey do everything for him, so I'd be inclined to believe that.

Yes, he's a credible journalist. He writes for Rugby League Week in Oz and has a big social media presence.

He's revealed (not predicted) some big signings too, and is pretty spot on most of the time.
