Jesus Christ I've asked which Wigan props (including the "fourth" prop playing at 13 if you like) have had careers where they have improved as they matured rather than their careers dipping due to injuries, if you answer that I'll consider responding to your query by siting examples such as Mike Cooper and Ben Harrison amongst others.
Paul, sorry if I've got hold of the wrong end of the stick here. I tried to answer your question with a list. Most of them have improved with age, even someone like O'Carroll is plying his trade in super League week in and week out. You suggest that Wigan props are played too often too young, but I can't find any evidence to support that. You may indeed be right, but who do you mean? You call them robots, so maybe I've missed some.
I feel that you made an outlandish statement - that Wigan don't look after their props very well, that they are disposable, that their careers end early or are so busted up that they don't improve - but that you can't support it with names. Instead of just admitting that you might have over reacted you have clung on despite no evidence.
IT'S NOT UP TO ME TO DISPROVE YOUR THEORY, IT'S FOR YOU TO PROVE IT in the first place. Now tell us who you are referring to. Please.
(And by the way, I'm not really interested in point scoring here, if Wire have produced props like Harrison and Cooper and looked after them, them good for them. If Wigan have not cared about their players welfare then that's really bad. If you give me some names and you are right then I'll apologise and concede - is that reasonable?)
