My grandad years ago used to live at Meadow Lane. In the summer holidays we used to come Warrington for holidays, and can always remember walking round Longbarn Park Pits, as a young lad it seemed a big lake, since going back a few years ago, I was shocked how tiny it was . But twenty odd years ago it was always busy with fishermen, is it still used for fishing??

Hi all been a viewer of this forum for a while but finally managed to get round to registering.

I am Warrington fan, and will be posting as when I can or have something to say/comment on

Hoping we have a better season in the next season than the last, although the Challenge Cup was a nice thing to have in what I consider a disaster of a season.

Not really various clubs ran it but it’s properly gone downhill, see people on there occasionally but no idea what it’s like stock wise.

One year deal according to The Guardian. If I were a Widnes fan I think that I'd be happy enough with that, hopefully it will work out for both parties.
