Outstanding, we played with 12 men for 60 minutes and 11 for 10 minutes and injury hit saints couldn’t get near we gave them a chance but no where near bless ‘em McDermott didn’t mention the error stroon FB much in the second half, the pudding

Been a fan for more than 50 years and can’t say how proud im am of the performance tonight. I’ve seen some great games over the years but the passion and effort tonight was unbelievable. Il be watching this game back for days now.

I stand corrected. That was an absolutely incredible effort, well done ALL. I can't fault anyone there, so much pride. St Helens had the referees backing from the moment Harrison was sent off. We got next to nothing, and with all the push in the world, they couldn't get the job done.
