Fair to say the next few games are the linchpin on which our season hangs. If we lose to a terrible Hudds side at home, you can guarantee the boo brigade will be out in force, then if we lose to Wigan in the cup people will be saying we've imploded or are in free fall. We've got Wigan, Leigh, Salford, Saints and HKR all breathing down our necks with only two points between us and dropping out the six depending on results.
So, it's up to DP to gee this lot up, the leadership skills needed to turn this around haven't been on display yet, but we'll see what the next few weeks brings. I'm still unsure if its a toxic environment, hence why everyone wants out, but if he's really failed to change the culture, it would speak volumes.
If all these players just don't want to play for the guy, who is to blame? The players, or the management for putting someone at the head who can't command the teams' respect?
