This was a passable argument in 2002 when a lot of the players were NL standard, but out of the current team who's not up to Super League?
Morley, Gleeson, Higham, Carvell, Westwood, King, Rauhihi and the Andersons are all Test players. Monaghan and Hicks were top players in the NRL. Briers and Paul Wood have been successful SL players for a long time. Riley, Bridge, Harrison and Blythe are all players who are rated as bright young talents and have representative honours at some level.
So who is it that's not up to Super League....surely if its the players fault and not the coach it should be easy to identify the individuals who don't have the basic skills to handle the profession.
