I thought it would be much closer Acouple of things influenced the outcome, first some amazing bits of luck especially benefitting French. Second Hardaker had an absolute “mare” at fullback. Not the whole story but very significant.
I wonder which Yorkshire team Hardaker is angling for now?

Who is this Niaarrll Evaarrlds that the commentary team keep mentioning? Pretty sure he’s not insisting on his name being pronounced that way. He’s not playing for Richmond RUFC.

I too like the look of Broadbent. Never really noticed him as a Leeds youngster but he looks like the only player from either of these teams who could create anything on his own. His try last week in France was pretty special.

This Wakefield statistic of one try per game on average must surely be a record for a super league club. I’ve never seen a team struggle for a score like they have.

Commentary team trying hard to make this sound like a good game. Sent shudders down my spine bringing back memories of us last season.

Dagger seemed to me to be trying too hard, and in his haste making basic errors.
