I can see where you are coming from in a not being with the squad and TS training and playing rugby kind of way, but, would suggest that it proved a couple of fundemental things about Riley's attitude...did he moan? No and when he came back grabbed that shirt, good committment.
He could have sulked because I think he was unlucky to get sent in the first place and that is what I was alluding to when I said that perhaps the club and TS do it in a positive way rahter than it automatically being percieved as a stepping stone to the exit door.
