Why do we persist in charge downs when it rarely works for us - and often results in opposition tries ?
Why did we play for the first two sets of the second half with 12 players?
Why do we field kick offs badly ?
Why do we kick off badly ?
Why does Asotasi only play 15 minutes?
Why can we pass not the ball from left to right or vice versa across the whole field and always persist with progress down the middle channel?
Why do we not take easy points when offered them? (penalties)
Why after penalties do we make errors early in the tackle count?
Why do we fade in the last 20 minutes?
Why do our centres never get the ball?
Answers needed - and changes needed. (but most of these come down to bad tactics or coaching)

I'll have a go at answering those questions.
Charge downs are something Smith believes in despite the fact hey barely ever work and cost us about 95% of the time
The second one I have no idea but it sums up our season really
Poor concentration and designated players not doing their job in answer to the kick off questions
Asotasi is truly the worst player I have seen play us in a long time and I'm surprised we actually get 15 minutes from him.
We look devoid of ideas and think that we can just barge through the middle. We don't have any organisation/halves to actually plan to shift the ball in set attacking pattern
Not taking 2 is another Smith philosophy he trusts the players to make the decision but surely somewhere along the line we have to realise that taking the 2 when its there is sometimes the right idea
We tend to panic after we get a penalty and try to everything in the first few tackles and end up giving the ball away
We don't seem fit this year whether this down to the new staff or what I don't know also carrying a certain Roy Asotasi doesn't help this either or Laithwaite lately who seems to like tackling just not carrying the ball
Centres not getting any ball again is because we don't have the ability to get the ball wide or be able to string 2-3 passes together and decide to jut play one out up the centre rugby
