I don't think that it seems at all likely that the coaching set up will be the same next year. Silence from the club is not the same as inaction. Neither Simon Moran nor Stuart Middleton are known for their love of the press conference or for knee-jerk reactions. Neither would it have been good policy to hire 'anyone' for the balance of the season as some fans wanted on the basis that 'anyone is better than Smith'. Going public all the time with internal issues was the original style of the good Dr Koukash - Salford have done much better since he kept his views to himself much more. I fully expect a new coach and a several new players will be on board before 2018. The real issue is if they can be contracted with sufficiently in advance to keep season ticket sales up.
was Koukash going public really affecting team performances.....?? I doubt that very much. a few drunken twitter rants and the occasional outburst at the RFL...??
his more professional attitude is welcomed for the game as a whole.
However I would guess it was His desire for the big name players that also had "troubled" past that caused his teams poor performances.
The games Justin Carney, Hock and Chase etc Missed due to unprofessional behaviour harmed them more than Koukash being a public speaker.
and the Example of Moran Not speaking doesn't work well when it
has harmed our club because I currently wont be purchasing a season ticket for next season, as I'm expecting the same poop.
I haven't even had a crumb of a hint all season long of anything being a problem with the set up at Warrington.
and given the losses announced on this board the club can ill afford to lose one season ticket sale, let alone hundreds.....
