You are allowed to use your shoulder as a tackler though you muppet. you just have to make an attempt to tackle by using your arms. doesn't mean you can't stick your soulder in. You've stuck a young lad in the middle of the pack, facing up against some of the hardest runners in the game. if he chooses to stand upright and try to wrap him up at the top thats his own stupid fault.
You're taught from no age to bend your knees and your back, eye up the runners hips and hit them in an upward motion. Daryl Clark and Danny Houghton are perfect examples. cant penalise runners because young kids arent physically or technically up to scratch when they play with the big boys.
