There were very few passes got out when a guy is going down from a tackle around the legs...I would even say there is more sucessful offloading from body height tackles.
I've not seen the Wakefield one, but they might have a point on the Hull one. He very deliberately aims the shoulder high on the Hull player and it is very dangerous contact. If it's banned for the tackler, I don't see how it's any safer for the ball carrier to do it. I'd suggest un-banning the shoulder charge for the tackler as well, but make it so shoulder contact with the head is a minimum 12 game ban.

On the other side of the coin though if the ball carrier is allowed to charge in with the shoulder then the tackler must be allowed to do so as well as long there is no direct contact with the head.
