No season should be considered a success by anyone at the club until we are victorious at Old Trafford, just my view.

OK...
Should we win the GF this season (it's on record I say we will bar shocking injuries)...and this is your benchmark of success...

Does that mean you then saying that in 2020....a challenge cup win and a playoff SL spot won't be a success, of any degree?

Can you ask him if it is possible for us to have a few Sunday fixtures at home next year, so supporters who work Thursday and Friday can go again. I friend of mine works most Fridays and has had to miss nearly all this years games.

For me this club with its available resources the next level of success is the GF. 2020 should be an all out attempt to win the GF as it should be every year the CC is a nice side tournament. Since TS arrived we have been on the verge of the GF win we all crave, the baton is now passed to SP to achieve the goal.

Winning the double this would be a great success, the CC is nice with the play off spot as it would be next year too. Success is the GF

If at the start of the season you offered me the challenge Cup and nothing else, I'd have took it...
Offered me challenge cup and a playoff, I would be content....

What I expect is different..
I said last season nothing but a CC and GF visit...that what we got.
This season I expect a CC win and a GF win.
A GF loss would be extremely disappointing and below our ability....however I consider winning the CC cup just that a succes.

With respect I hope this mindset is not indicative of the club's leadership.

We are told that this club aims to be the best. The best teams aim to win the premier competition in SL and that is the GF.

Do you think for one minute that Liverpool or Manchester City would, at the start of the 2018 season, when offered the FA Cup would have "took it".

It's just arguing for limitations.
