It's just a cold/Flu virus ffs. Dettol kills it, the only people who have died from it are those who already have serious immune weakening illness like pneumonia.
Everyone just needs to calm down. No idea what the mask thing is about because they offer no protection against the virus whatsoever. you're better off wearing surgical gloves.
No need for the expletives or the rest of your quackery IMO.
You do realise that a Cold isn't Flu and that people can/have died of Flu? It's probably OK though just nature's way of bumping off the weak. I can agree with your second sentence to some degree about calm/masks and hand hygiene BUT traveling to affected areas even if you have the constitution of Conan the Barbarian is a consideration.
Case in point I've recently returned from skiing in Lombardy no worries as it was before any reported outbreak (and I had TCP available at all times) you'll be pleased to know and so will Dave Roy and Clare on SW 40 that I'm fine. However Auntie Rico's sister has just returned from the same resort via Milan airport and she has been advised by work to self quarantine and her kids got the same from their school.
So although at the moment there is a binary choice, as it's not on the FO's hit list, it's not a simple 'should I stay or should go now' decision based on a rational/irrational fear of catching a 'heavy flu' or a reliance upon the power of Dettol. You might also be taking a chance of a couple of weeks in the comfort of your own home, or stuck abroad should the picture change and you don't make it back.
