Watch The Wire On Facebook : Thu Mar 26, 2020 6:46 pm
https://warringtonwolves.com/news/2020/ ... ook-Watch/

Looks like a great initiative from the club and great value at £3.49 per month.

Would be even better if it wasn't limited to Facebook as I would prefer not to have to create an account.

Yes I saw that, glad the club has put something in to place but I was also surprised it was Facebook based as it may alienate those not on Facebook. Maybe the hosting platform is cheaper rather than it being a log on from the club website.
Think the Wigan offering is £5.99 per month so its considerably cheaper, I'll certainly be signing up to it as I wont miss £3.49 per month, less than the price of the pint I can't buy as the pubs are shut.

I must admit that I'm just not up for any reruns, and I've no inclination to join Facebook.
On the other side, I cannot wait to watch a live Wire game, as I could do with a damn good session of shouting.

Not expensive £3+ for a month. Supports the club. I cast it from laptop to TV. It says you can cancel when you want. I will watch games when the sun stops shining.
Bit of fun ... it is amazing how many players you forget about.

Now, from what i saw today ,Jordan Cox put some good runs in & i wonder have we really improved on some others that the management have moved on ? Evans,Atkins & even Russell had decent games. Ratchford was excellent .

I don't use Facebook normally but have created an account and disabled all notifications ( bit of pain to do, line by line, but that's Facebook for you).

It's a great service, already enjoyed some classics. Considering even my 'paused' Sky Sports has sod-all RL it's pretty good value. As another poster has said, you can cast to your TV so are not restricted to phone or tablet viewing.

I did the same. The NRL Facebbok page is posting full games of past matches for free.

I watched Origin 2 from 2005 earlier today (Joey masterclass).

Some of the matches are on free so I watch those. Not sure if they intend to continue with that.
How many matches are currently available on the pay channel?

I know lots of people are bored and frustrated by the lock down but to be honest with having an extensive jobs list, a number of elderly neighbours to regularly shop for, a family, garden, dog, bike and pair of running shoes I'm almost as busy as ever (all whilst respecting social distancing). I do miss my coffee at the local shop though!
I know I'm perhaps one of the fortunate few in that respect.

Let's hope everyone sticks to the rules so we can get back to normality in a couple of months and let's hope that those who are suffering health-wise recover quickly, and those suffering financially can be supported to get through this.
