As an outsider you have too many proma donnas in the team and not enough rolling the sleeves up. Your class players undoubtably are that when in a team going in the right durection sadly you look disfunctional!

This is the main issue.... Who do we really have that can roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when things arent go well?

Clark, Cooper... maybe Hill (when he isnt suspended or giving penalties away)... after that were really struggling.

You also have to wonder about the wage gap being a problem.

if your marquee players are setting an example in effort, then everyone else probably follows.

if on the other hand, someone earning x5 or even x10 what you are, is giving the impression given is that they arent really bothered... the damage on team morale could be huge... Wage disparity can be the cause of many problems at work. Probably even more so in a team environment.

I'm not sure having 2 marquee half backs is a good idea. Lets hope Widdop proves to be the leader this team needs.

I thought warrington played better in the first game of the season against Wigan with Ratchford in the halves,maybe swap Ratchford and Widdop around see how that works out

Yeah i'd say we looked really good with Ratch in the halves but Widdop needs a settling in period so i'm happy to give him some leeway but not too much.

Haven't we in fact got 3 Marquee Players, the third being Luther Burrell? Because of the present treatment of ex RU players joining RL their salary is treated differently in the initial couple of seasons. How much has this affected the team spirit of the players, he joined in July last year and we hardly won a league game since. Yes we won the Challenge cup but without his involvement. Is it coincidence or causation?
I don't for one minute blame LB but he seems to struggling to adjust and indeed when he is on the field the ball rarely goes his way. is this lack of confidence from his team mates or something else? He seems to always get an interchange spot but little game experience. Is he being selected because the directors have invested a lot to sign him?
Perhaps there's nothing in it, but knowing the mindset of players they don't like what they believe is favouritism.

No only 2 but Clark is on a packet that he could be marquee if needs be.
