I’m still trying to interpret “beyond equal”. It feels like it means “better than” but RD would have said that if he meant it...

I would interpret it the same way as beyond the horizon which would imply lower? It must be that because after 100 games or so for us there would be more than one person on here championing his corner if he meant better!

Anybody else see the interview with Widdop on facebook today?
He was asked about going home as the rumours of him leaving won't go away, and heres his chance to put the rumours to bed.
He said " I squashed this 5 weeks ago so i don't need to talk about it again. I'm here and a wire player"
Seems definitive for me, but seen things before where a player denies everything until it's confirmed.
I would like him to stay as i think he will become more consistant with his performances. He's had 2-3 games where i've thought $h!t he's awesome, but they've been few and far between.
Been a crazy year though with covid and with his family back in Aus (still a big red flag) it's not been a normal year where him and his family can get out and about etc so i'm hoping next year will be a better one and his family can finally settle in.......if he's staying that is.

Widdop is a class player. You don't achieve what he has achieved in Aus if you are poop. We just ned to work out how to get the best out of him.
